Purchasers of sites in Ferndale have a range of options to help them achieve their ideal lifestyle solution. A number of home and landscape designers and builders have been selected as preferred partners to help owners create the homes of their dreams. Alternatively, with the developers approval, owners may choose their own designer and/or builder.

Sections range in size from 805m² to 4808m², with the average section size being 1550m². Power, gas, telecommunications, town water supply and sewerage are reticulated to the boundary of all 62 lots. Pricing on each section has been set, taking into account size, general topography, views and perspective, with prices ranging from $250,000 to $355,000.

Design Your Home
	Having purchased your section, you have the option to manage the design and build of your own home. Covenants on design, materials and construction ensure all homes in Ferndale will embrace environmental, sustainable thinking – and protect your investment.
